You see it everywhere - magazine covers at the supermarket checkout, the entertainment news on television or even in the movies; celebrities are losing the baby fat fast! Some of them endanger their body with a grueling exercise regime, extreme diet or even surgery. But the lovely ladies of the screen who burn the baby fat the right way do it with the help of trainers, nutritionists and personal chefs. Personal Trainers:

Movie moms are paid to train with professionals to get their pre-baby body back. However, the basics are the same for them and you - boost your metabolism! Most trainers will have their famous clientele mix up their cardio in fun and challenging ways. Some interval training with basic jogs piled with quick sprints will boost the metabolism and burn the baby fat.

Trainers also try and tone those arms and abs with resistance training. Dumbbells, rubber belts and exercise balls allow mommies to burn the baby fat faster. After you are done pumping the iron, your muscles have to repair thus using more energy throughout your day to rebuild and in turn to burn more calories for you.

Resistance training allows you to use all kinds of tools to tone your body by practicing muscle contraction. For instance using rubber exercise tubing will allow you to increase your strength while decreasing your weight and help with losing the baby fat.

Too much of a good thing can harm you and the same applies to cardio. Losing the baby fat will require you to give your heart a good workout with some interval cardio workouts. These workouts are designed to elevate your hear rate and keep the muscles challenged by varying your exercise "intensity" from high to low. Doing interval cardio for 30 minutes will burn more calories for a longer duration than running at the same pace for an hour.

Personal Chef:

Having a skilled chef in the kitchen may take the heat off you but it isn't necessary. Losing the baby fat won't be hard once you schedule in your six smaller meals each day instead of starving yourself and eating all your food at dinner. It's important to keep pecking on healthy foods all day like a handful of almonds or a bowl of blueberries.

If you find cooking hearty meals the hardest part, then plan out your week. Buy groceries just for your week and try to shop the perimeter of the store where all the fresh foods are found. That way you are avoiding all the packaged products and end up staying with vegetables, meats and dairy.

Losing the baby fat isn't just for the rich and famous. Movie mommies might be shedding the pounds by running away from shutterbugs but you can burn the baby fat too. Just follow these simple tips and remember to have fun with it.
